Navigating child care is hard. Our Family Navigators make it easier—step by step.

Finding child care is overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. Think of our Family Navigators as your personal early learning and care guide. They’ll work one-on-one with you to:

• Check if you qualify for CCAP or other assistance programs.
• Walk you through applications and the documents you’ll need.
• Match you with child care options that fit your schedule, location, and child’s needs.
• Follow up to make sure things go smoothly after enrollment.

We start by looking at trusted Thrive Centers across Louisville—but if another program is a better fit, we’ll help you get there.

Right now, fewer than 1 in 4 families who qualify for Kentucky’s Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) are using it. We help families cut through the confusion, skip the long waits, and find the care that fits their needs.
