Facilities Fund

Thank you to everyone who applied for Thrive By 5 Louisville’s $1 million Facilities Fund to help child care providers improve learning environments, make essential building upgrades, and expand capacity in neighborhoods with the greatest child care gaps. The application period is now closed. We received 347 applications across all three grant types which is evidence of just how strong the demand is for quality early learning spaces in our city.

We are carefully reviewing each submission and will notify all applicants directly with one of three outcomes:

• Approval for funding
• A request for additional information
• A notice of denial

Due to the volume of applications, we are not able to provide an approval timeline. We appreciate your patience as we complete a thorough and equitable review process.
