Facilities Fund
Safe, high-quality spaces matter for how children learn and grow. Beginning January 1, 2026, Thrive By 5 Louisville is investing $1 million in facilities funding to help child care providers improve learning environments, make essential building upgrades, and expand capacity in neighborhoods with the greatest child care gaps. Any Licensed or Certified child care provider is eligible to apply for these funds.
Applications will remain open through January 31.
