Reylene Medina Robinson

Executive Director

Reylene Medina Robinson is the Executive Director of Thrive By 5 Louisville, a public-private partnership working to expand access to affordable, high-quality early childhood education. She leads the organization’s strategy and partnerships to strengthen child care quality, support educators, and help families find and afford care they can trust.

A seasoned nonprofit leader, Reylene brings more than 20 years of experience advancing child and family well-being through equity, behavioral health, and community collaboration. Before joining Thrive By 5 Louisville, she served as Chief Community Officer and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Officer for Seven Counties Services. She held leadership roles with Family and Children’s Place, the Alzheimer’s Association, and the Boys and Girls Club of Lorain County. Reylene holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Cleveland State University and a CFRE credential. She was honored with the Frank Penick Founder’s Award and named a 2023 Louisville Business First Enterprising Woman.
