Analiese Dolan is the Director of Employer Childcare Solutions at Thrive By 5 Louisville. In this role, she partners with local employers to better understand how childcare impacts their workforce and helps identify strategies, resources, and partnerships that support businesses and working families.

Analiese brings more than 15 years of experience across early childhood education, organizational leadership, human resources, talent acquisition, and operations. She began her career as an early childhood educator before moving into leadership roles overseeing early learning programs, multi-site operations, staff development, recruitment, retention, and regulatory compliance. Her career later expanded into broader business and operational leadership, giving her experience on both sides of the childcare and workforce conversation.

Throughout her career, Analiese has focused on building strong teams, developing practical systems, and connecting people with the resources they need to succeed. At Thrive By 5, she brings those experiences together to help strengthen the connection between Louisville’s employers, working families, and early childhood community.

Analiese holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville. She is passionate about strengthening early childhood education, supporting working families, and helping employers recognize childcare as an important part of a strong and sustainable workforce.
